The breakfast items could have been better, but it was just a small issue.

I really got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The staff treated me with absolute kindness and provided excellent service.

The hostel was such a great find! The price was unbeatable and the amenities were amazing. I loved that they provided clean sheets and towels, it made my stay so much more comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. And the breakfast spread was delicious! I loved having bagels with cream cheese and a variety of fruit juices to choose from. It was a great start to my day!
One thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the showers. It was a bit slow, but the water was still warm and satisfying.

I had a great experience staying at The Wayfaring Buckeye. The location was perfect, just a few miles from the city center. The price was affordable compared to other options. The facilities were good, especially the shower room which I really liked. The lobby had a pleasant atmosphere with a TV connected to YouTube where I got to listen to Jessika Tate's music. The breakfast options were also good, with a variety of cereals, juice, bagels, cream cheese, and yogurt. Being assigned one of the beds was convenient.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The air conditioner unit in the upstairs area was quite loud, but I slept better once I turned it off.

The location of this hostel was perfect for me as it was close to the university and had easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The hostel was also easy to find, well-lit, and had parking available in the back. I felt safe with the personal coded locks on the doors and rooms. The bed in the room I booked was comfortable and the facilities were as advertised. it was a great value for the price.
The hostel could use a new coat of paint and some updating. The common areas lacked personality and could be cleaner.

Accidentally booked, but was happy with the accommodations. Continental breakfast was self-serve and there was a kitchen to fix anything. Friendly staff enjoyed our old stories. Reserved a room to avoid rooming with strangers. Decent facilities in an old duplex house. Convenient location near OSU shuttle stop. Quiet rooms, especially upstairs.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the welcoming atmosphere and homely vibe of the hostel. It felt like a home away from home. The owner, Robbie, made sure everyone felt comfortable and at ease. The living room was perfect for watching Netflix movies and the free internet access was excellent. They even had bikes available for guests to use. The kitchen was well-stocked with breakfast options like cereal, donuts, and toast, along with fresh coffee. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood near Ohio State University was ideal, with shops and bars nearby. a great place for fellow travelers to connect and share stories.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The breakfast options provided were just what my friends and I needed to start the day! Everything was freshly purchased, and the refrigerator was clean and well-kept. Other guests at the hostel were incredibly courteous and friendly.
The bedroom door is too small for the opening, allowing too much light into the room. There is a wide gap at the floor and on the latch side.

Staying for a short business trip, Robbie, the owner/manager, was incredibly helpful in giving me recommendations for places to go. The hostel was clean, quiet, and very accommodating. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The atmosphere and travel vibes were great. Plus, discovering the COTA Hudson bus made getting around quick and affordable. Robbie was a brilliant source of information and the overall experience was awesome. I will definitely be back.
Would recommend this hotel.
